RainStorm Consulting is proud to announce its second Maine Technology Institute grant for continued development and enhancement of SiteTurbine.
The grant, awarded in March 2008 by the Maine Technology Institute, will be used to complete a significant range of enhancements to several of SiteTurbine modules for the benefit of those organizations which utilize the modules. The outcome of these enhancements will be faster load times, quicker updates, and smoother future upgrades to the modules.
SiteTurbine modules NewsStorm, ContactStorm, and FormStorm are all slated to receive significant upgrades to their front-end display components, ensuring that the public websites they are installed on load faster, serve their content more quickly, and are easier to manage by organizational staff.
"We are grateful to the Maine Technology Institute for its continued commitment to Maine's emerging technology businesses," said RainStorm president Brian Rahill. "This grant will allow us to continue to ensure that our products are innovative and market-leading, both in Maine and nationwide."
This recent grant is the second RainStorm has received from the Maine Technology Institute to support the development and expansion of SiteTurbine. The first grant awarded to RainStorm by the Maine Technology Institute, received in September 2007, provided the resources for an expanded, enterprise-level permissions and user account system across the SiteTurbine system.
